Miso trace in soup for 6–8 months

Babies can enjoy soup with a trace amount of miso from around 6 months of age, once they are ready to start solid foods. Serve the warm (not hot) broth in an open cup for your baby to practise sipping, or offer it preloaded on a spoon.
